They were exceptionally kind and amazingly efficient. After waiting almost three months for a plumber that never showed, Marty and his crew had the ancient tub and shower completely removed and a beautiful new walk-in shower installed in less than a week. They even installed a new toilet to make things easier for her.
After dealing with one of the most callous, uncaring plumbers on the planet (Craig Plumbing), we found Thomas Independent Plumbing to be a breath of fresh air. They took excellent care of my 80-year-old mother and the new shower stall she so desperately needed.
