The female doctor at this office was less than professional. She was completely unsympathetic to my autistic son's "quirks" and special needs. Her attitude was snooty, and I will NEVER take my little baby back to her.
Great office, great staff...we have been going for a year and a half now, and have had nothing but good experiences. Our doctor is attentive, and always great with our son.
Completely unprofessional. In the hospital, the female pediatrician was all for breastfeeding...Until the second day when we were having latching issues. She said well maybe we will just give her a bottle. I kept with it and it got better. At the one month check up, I mentioned that she may be lip tied (my doctor also agreed). She said, why do you think that? After telling her the minor reason, in a real snarky tone she said, "Do you need to breast feed?" Their "billing" department is a joke. They were harrasing me for a payment before they ever sent me a bill. I set up a payment plan with them by giving them my cc info and a day to take it out each month. The first due date came and gone. Nothing taken out. I called them to see about the payment and they claimed that they lost my info. The next day they called back and said, "Nevermind, we found it!" I finally just paid it all off at once to be done with this place.
The doctors and nurses are amazing here. Before we moved I took both of my children here. The only issue I have with them is that the majority of their receptionist staff is really rude.
