A nurse was taking syringe caps off with her mouth and spitting them into her gloved hand then used that same gloved hand with her saliva on it on a patient's iv. It was disgusting. Also they have signs on their bulletin boards that say "ask your care provider if they washed their hands"?!? Why would you need to tell them to wash their hands? Do they have chronic problems with their staff having unsanitary habbits? I'm throughly disturbed at the quality of care in many other aspects in this facility as well. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!
