When trying to schedule an appointment to reception lady was rude and hateful. Gave me the wrong date and then called me a liar when trying to reschedule. Never again
This is a great thing for east side residents and really everyone in the whole county. It helps with getting checkups and flu shots . Also if you need a copy of that birth certificate you lost. They are also important to health matters and getting women anf children o. WIC.
Rude as hell. Called to get info about carseats for my son and they acted like I was stupid. Didn't ask as to why I was replacing the carseat he was in, just bluntly said that he needed to stay in it. Little do they know, his carseat is 5 years old and expired. Needless to say, hung up on them. Ridiculous customer service.
Not a very helpful office, most of the time they either don't have any answer or they shuffle you off to someone else even if that person has nothing to do with what you are after, just so long as they don't have to deal with you
